Thumbs this up if you want a Majora's Mask remake too. Majora's Mask is also one of the best games of all time. It's an unbelievably good sequel that does Ocarina of Time a great deal of justice. Loved this game back in the day, me, my little brother, and my nephew put in work on this game. It took us a while to beat it, but it was worth all the fun we had playing it. But, now Nintendo is making a 3D version of it, and are trying to pass it off like it's new, how lazy. Couldn't they just create a new game to utilized the 3D software on? Anyway, a new generation of gamers will be introduced to this wonderful game, so that's cool. How about a 3D version of the NES Metroid game?

@DrMadHobo is improved visuals(watch a 3DS vs N64 comparison video or check comparison screenshots), optional motion control for first-person aiming, new easter eggs that were not in the original, better menus(including mapping the iron boots to an equipment slot), a boss attack mode and the entire Ocarina of Time Master Quest game included seperate from the original OoT 'nothing new'? Or do you want so much 'new' that it no longer is Ocarina of Time?

I think re-releasing past games on the nintendo 3ds is just greedy imo.releasing them on wii is one thing but to put them out on DS 3D is just another 3d gimmick just pisses me off. I can see things from your point of view that re-releasing this is greedy. But I don't understand why '3d is a gimmick' is the only reason you gave 4 not wanting a 3DS. Agreed, for most 3DS games, it will only be a gimmick. You must be aware of all the other features the 3DS is introducing. 3D ranks pretty low on the list.

@manoftomorrow79 if you like the features & trends HD consoles brought, you should already be seeing the potential of 3DS features:-Streetpass will be big when lots of 3DS have been sold, say by 2013. It also has online features for a portable 2nd only to the NGP(i expect it will surpass 3ds in dis aspect). The gyro(which NGP also has) combined with the 3d cameras has so much potential(the AR games & face raiders prove this). Plus the tried & true DS controls WITH the horse power 2 use it better
