Subhash Ghai should entirely quit being a movie director because lord knows his style of making movies has been outdated since after Pardes. Maybe he should become a choreographer instead if he thinks he knows who is and who isnt a good dancer. Looks like SUCH A MORON when he says Sridevi and Madhuri are not great dancers. Madhuri is trained in Kathak... what has Ghai trained in? Acting first. But he couldnt get work as an actor so he started directing and then judging like an idiot.

I have the toughest time trying to understand what Yash Chopra says and what Salman Khan dances. It's baffling how Yash doesnt feel the need to enunciate and Salman throws his arms like dance is exaggeration or something wild. What is commendable is that Sridevi doesnt need a costar AT ALL to react or act and the Mr. India song is true testament of that quality. She's basically reacting to someone who isnt even there.

I have no doubt that Saroj Khan helped mould Sri as a dancer, but to take the credit that she does is beyond laughable! Please, Sarojji, stop hitting the sauce so hard . . . and remember, To become truly great, one has to stand with people, not above them. If anyone has been copied, it is Sridevi, by the actresses who followed her.

One can see traces of Sridevi's dancing facial expressions all the way back to 'Sadma', not 'Karma' or any such film.

one thing you guys must understand. Sridevi belongs to the school of K.Balachandar where other famous legends such as Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Jayaprada, Chiranjeevi, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam etc... have evolved. To the exception of Kamal Haasan, Jayapradha and SP Balasubramanium who were fairly successful in hindi, the others did not shine that much. But having lost Sridevi to the hindi cinema industry, we were still vouching for every inch of her success...
