How can a computer sound chip be out of tune? This has always been a mystery to me.

It's when someone who has no idea of music creates a soundchip. On the other hand, POKEY existed in the mid 70s and was built into the 8 bit Ataris in the late 70s though. It's really the oldest soundchip for "home". But, it isn't really saked to be out of tune. You can mix channels, change clocking etc. , and get better results.

@Hayatenogotokuluey This isn't the title theme. This was used in Stage 4 of the Arcade and TG-16 versions, Stage 2 on the NES version, and the Einous(?) stage of the MSX version.
