@TomSlickify You need to see SRV's protege play this song, Kenny Wayne something or other, he's amazing & actually beats Stevie but only because he's had like 10 more years than SRV had.
@gmj2012 kenny wayne sheppads awesome, but he does not beat stevie, also there is no winner out of stevie and jimi, they are different artists and they are both incredible guitarists/singers.
@SlashLesPaul321 Believe me I love SRV as much as anyone and would not even listen to anyone saying any guitar player could be better, but then I listened to yngwie, Eddie Van Halen, Vai, this Kenny Wayne Sherherd was SRV's protege, so he learned from the best. While others CAN beat SRV's talent level due 2 more life to practice, NONE can keep up with SRV's level of performance & intensity for 2 hours straight, not even a few songs in a row. :)
I don't think the world fully realized what they had in Stevie until he was gone.
