Martha wants to use our tax dollars to fund the killing of unborn children and that is why she has lost my vote. Being pro choice is one thing, but when you try to force the other half of this country to pay for something that they believe is murder, then that is a great disrespect to voters. Unacceptable. Unions were formed because people were working 12-14 hours a week at $6-10 a month. Miners went down in the coal mines without water and other supplies. Fast forward to todays unions who are overpaid, underworked and cannot be fired. Dispicable!

What you need to think about, though, is where your union dues are going. I believe you when you say you vote your own politics and have your own mind, but your union dues are going to the same corrupt politicians you hate.
Think about it: the only politicians who can be bought are corrupt ones, and therefore it only makes sense for political organizations who want more power to deal with corrupt politicians. The only solution is to put strict limits on union dues to prevent this kind of thing!

This is why the way unions are structured right now is awful. You should be legally permitted to start a new, parallel union that better represents your viewpoint. You should also be legally permitted to choose NOT to be in the union and remain free of harassment and browbeating by union officials. The modern union, though, doesn't actually give a shit about your rights; all they want is power.

I will answer that because it perfectly fits my situation. This issue creates a situation where you cannot voice your beliefs or opinions because you will be hung out by the Union. Its overwhelmingly frustrating to see my union endorse total douche bags then stand back and try to further convince its members that it was a correct decision. Lastly I would like to state that.
