She is good, but Maria Slatinaru is better by a wide margin. Slatinaru's voice is uniquely suited for the role of Leonora. It is ampler, more spacious, richer.

where do you get off saying this singing is far superior to Price. Tebaldi is great, no

doubt about it. However Miss Price is never flat on her notes and Leontyne brought such musicality to the

Verdi Roles, which I am so grateful for.
