@AdamantLucario no thier both on the same level of evil its just that by the end of the first season evryone was used to heathers tricks and deception so noone trusted her taking away her edge. al was new so he was able to take advantage of thier trust, but then again heather conned al twice so i would say SHE'S STILL THE MOST EVIL CHARACTER.

Actually, no, their not equally evil, you can see TDA-TDWT that Heather has grown slightly nicer. Alejandro actually literally pushed Leshawna out of a flying plane. He also screwed up the whole love triangle thing.
