  • How long did it take you to swap the tranny?

  • @marylk2657

It was done by JBA racing in San Diego and it took them awhile and it wasn't cheap.

  • thats a real beauty right there

  • pinche alucinado!!

  • i wish my dads t bird looked that nice

  • I wonder how much more faster that would be if you swaped that engine out for a 5.0L coyote Mustang GT engine.

  • @SteelCity1981 Well that motor is already 405 hp.

  • @sled302 412hp some guys on youytube have put them in there 80's mustang i'm sure it would fit in a tbird.

  • @sled302 whats already there will already overwhelm the tires

  • @sled302 Did you swap the spindles?

    They are from Ford.

  • @JxunOsov those are bullit pony wheels

  • Nice ground effects kit! where did you get that spoiler? Was this a 5.0 swap?

  • @dtw33 The car was a original 5.0 auto. It is a new aluminum block with eldebrock heads/intake, Vortech SC. I am not sure where the spoiler came from.

  • @dtw33 I bought the car with the way it is. It was an original 5.0 car but that motor is all brand new.

  • @dtw33

I bought the car done. It was a original 5.0 from the factory but has everything new in it now.

  • Very impressive! I dream of doing that to my 92 T-bird sport. Did you use the pedals from the SC?

  • @psykhronos Thank you. Yes it came from a SC.

  • Yea the six speed is nice. I can cruise 75mph at 1600rpm.

  • Killer car bro ! And that engine is so clean you could eat off of it ! Mines a 97 with the 4.6- 8 cylinder and the auto tranny. I'd give my left nut to have a six speed like yours in mine too ! Ha ha !

  • The guy that I bought it from put a lot of info on the TCCOA forum. It does still have the a/c compressor.

  • Gheyness...just give it to me so you don't have to look at it anymore. Looks good. Is there a build thread on it somewhere? I can't remeber where the compressor is for the AC. Did you keep it or delete it since you are in AZ?

  • I haven't ran it at the track. Right now it has the stock rear end/gears and suspension so it doesn't hook very well.

  • Damnit Man! Whats your 0-60 and 1/4 times? any wieght took off the bird(I think they have about 250lbs of rubber tar like sound proofing)? What gear ya running in the rear? Suspension Mods? Ole Girl sounds hell-a-sweet there Killer, keep us updated!

  • Ill be the 1st to say that this is one bad ass bird!!
