I remember watching Earthquake during his tenure in Al Tomko's All-Star Wrestling here in Vancouver and then suddenly going to the WWF. It was the first time ever since I started following the sport that somebody started out in Tomko's promotion and make the jump directly to the WWF within two or three years. And All-Star had already been reduced to Mickey Mouse status by the time Earthquake was wrestling there.
