  • great mouvie

  • Book is 1000 times better but the movie is good also!

  • just read the book. havent seen the movie. yet... highly anticipated.

  • hey for anyone whos seen it

how well is it a represention of the book?

  • well there are some changes (like the beginning and the end a little a bit) , and I don't know why they made some of them ... However, it is really good and exciting.....

  • Misses out and changes a good bit at the start, but apart from that only the expected details that can't be portrayed in films like thoughts.

  • i watched it yesterday and really liked it, it's much better than the da vinci code

  • what music is this, I recognize it but I'm not sure where it's from

  • is this a continuation of the davinci code?????

  • Jaudy,

It's not a continuation, it is a prequel.

  • actualy they made the movie look like a continuation

  • viva il camerlengo!!!! :-PPP

  • huhhhh wtf is all this CERN and hard science partical !#$@

  • Im an angel so yea

  • In love with that movie!!

  • Mi rating: movie 3/5. Book 5/5

  • the aniti matter IS real.....

    and is in CERN..

under highest security the government and security council can provide

  • Anti matter is real indeed.

It isn't in CERN, although the scientists at CERN are capable of producing it.

The problem with anti matter is this:

Whenever a particle of antimatter meets a particle of normal matter, both particles will disappear, releasing a lot of energy. That is why there is no good possibility to store it, and the reason why it isn't in CERN.

  • just i believe an ounce of anti-matter can level an entire city

  • I cant wait till the 15th, i wana watch it NOW!!!

  • yeah

  • i read the part where the girl's screaming page 300~350(can't remember)..the cardinal was murdered lungs punctured ACK 8(..how did Dan Brown figured this story anyway???must have been hard work for him. The illuminati DID EXIST. and i can't believe there's something called antimatter(might not be real)

  • omg looks amazing!!!

  • Looks epic. I loved both angels and demons and the da vinci code (the books). Hope Ron Howard doesn't screw this up like he did with the da vinci code.

  • I really hope this doesn't trigger another wave of smug atheism.

  • looks so awesome

  • this movie will have sum real truth in it, thats most common folk will disregard it as nothing but a movie, and i wont be suprised wen something about islam comes along in it aswell

  • Wow, looks epic :D

Ewan McGregor... he's AWESOME. And perfectly cast, by my reading of the description of the camerlengo in the book.

  • epic!!!!

  • Hey look, its national treasure 3 lol

  • hey better not fuck this movie up!! i just got done reading the book!!! totaly cool!

  • Oh man, this looks so good. I cant wait!

  • Are demons revenging or angels? I dont get it.

  • cant wait for this to come out in teather

  • Ok guys, have your Pros and Cons of Christianity somewhere else. This is a MOVIE about a BOOK Dan Brown wrote... If it offends you in anyway dont watch it... Have your discussion elsewhere.

  • If others have different beleif's why argue? Just let be im sure in the latter time the we will see who as right and wrong? It would be intelligent to not argue, and just admire this trailer instead of starting up 100's of Flame wars. Tbh It should be good enough for you if what you beleive in is right, don't go forcing your will on other people and that goes for both of you.

  • even as a priest, Ewan kicks ass. he made a GREAT Obi-Wan. cant replace Alec Guiness though (RIP)

  • I love Dan Brown books they make you think! I meen all these things are plausable like iluminati and other things alike! Can't wait till this film comes out!

  • this is nearly exactly what i imagined when i read the book this movie must be great

    (sorry for bad english)

  • The bible is the most scientific book ever written mo, if any of you wish to have a friendly debate about it then I would be happy too, but please use science when debating me and I will use science as well :)

  • yay psuedoscience, or is that word to big for your ignorant mind to comprehend, no you'll just have faith that i'm going to hell, if you are right then i'll see you there for pressing your believes onto people causing war and bloodshed, that otherwise wouldn'thave happend

  • so lets see, I'm asking for a friendly debate and you insult me, I'm not suprised really. And you don't even know me and you label me. you also say im going to hell, even though (jsut assuming) you have no knowledge on how you go to hell, and your saying my people have caused bloodshed, and yes thats true, but maybe you should actually research the wars and what caused them, lets see, torturing children,, killing off anyone who didnt worship at the feet of a emperor, and we stopped them.

  • alright then. friendly it shall be! :-) ok, the bible says that the Earth is a flat disc, that the the entire universe (which is just the Earth, sun, and moon) were created in 6 days, and that a man survived for 3 days inside, not a whale, but a "great fish". wheres the science? this is friendly, btw

  • actually it says that the earth has a rotation, it says that when christ comes people will be alseep in their beds and other will be working in the fields, ive never seen the word disc in the bible, but i have seen circle, but be in mind that languages change and the bible was written over 2000 years ago, but see the bible also says that the sun is not stationary, people would have read the bible we would also have advanced in medical scince much more quickly

  • the biblical scientific theory was that the sun revolved round the Earth. thats why the church hated Galileo and Copoernicus (or however u spell his name) so much: they went against that. ur also forgetting Sheol and the fact that they thought the world flooded. and the New Testament was written 1900-1950 years ago. ur gonna need to give examples here. idk what ur talking about

  • now hold on, the new testement isnt one book, it wasnt just written right then and there, the new testament is 27 books, now we beleive the earth was flooded about 4400 years ago, now flood evidence man thats a mountain lol, and no thats a biblical theory by many early catholics, but know where in the bible does it say that the sun revolve's around the earth, the sun is not stationary, we have found that out recently, but the bible managed to know 2000 years ago, to little characters srry lol

  • im gonna make an assumption and trust the thousands of scientists over the past cpl centuries and say "theres no pro-flood proof". where is it? not bein sarcastic, thats an honest question. where is it?

  • ok first of all fossils, if evolution were true there wouldnt be fossils, because animals, especialyl insects decompose rather quickly, they would have had be rapidly burried under enmormous pressure, and whena clam dies it opens, fossilized clams arent opened, the grand canyon has no erosion marks, the great barrier reef is around 4400 years old, and the oldest tree is in the the 4000's huh odd, noahs flood happened 4400 years ago, and more ,just not enough charcters to say

  • uh, wrong. evolution never says that fossils cannot form. in fact, the fossils prove evolution correct. they show descent w/ modification, natural selection in action, and the fact that some are found in certain layers of sediment that are a certain age and other fossils are found in other sediments back up speciation. and if the Grand Canyon has no erosion marks (aside from the fact that the whole things erosion), where did it come from? the flood wld hav eroded it away. yet there r no marks.

  • if you notice when looking at th egrand canyon there are no erosion marks on it, well nto from a river anyway, it has flat layers which if you had a massive eruption of force, in this ccase water would cut through it, water is a knife to ground, the petrified trees found all over the world that are stuck in rock, would have had to be forced into their, there is no way in hell they grew through 200 feet of stone lol

  • they arent "stuck in rock", they physically ARE rock! they register geographically and chemically as rocks. ur right, they didnt grow thru 200 feet of stone, they ARE stone. the same way glass is super-heated sand. now, ive been to the Grand Canyon, and that looks a lot like erosion to me. specially since theres a river running thru the bottom.

  • oh im not denying theres a river, and there is currently erosion, if i did thats my mistake sorry, I'm saying it wasnt formed that way, they are now rock but they werent when they were pushed int othe the hillside, I say that cause I've heard countless arguments where they say "Well it grew through the rock"

  • yes, flesh decomposes quickly. however, fossilization is the process where bones and imprints turn into rock. when u go to a museum, the skeletons u see r no longer geologically or chemically bones, rather they are stone. the clams may not be open, but maybe thats cuz once the muscles decomposed, nothing was holding it open, so it closed due to water currents, or wind perhaps. the reef is underwater anyways, a flood wldve had nothing to do w/ it.

  • yes but scientists say that 1 inch of dirt forms every 100 years, if that was true then that means a fossil would have had to wait for 1000 years to be burried, without adding interference, it doesnt add up, but these clams were sealed shut, and its the otehr way around i clam needs its muscles to keep it closed, not opened

  • they dont work in exact timelines. if theres a mudslide, that doesnt mean its gonna take 6 years for that mudslide to form 6 inches of mud/dirt. itll happen quickly. and might i remind u that we hav a VERY small percentage of fossils compared to extinct species. just cuz it dies doesnt mean were gonna find its fossil. they only form under specific conditions

  • ok, and what would those specific conditions be? XD

  • as for the trees: well, maybe thats cuz ~4000 years just happens to be their life expectancy? thats the equivalent of saying "the oldest person is ~120 years old (give or take), so ppl didnt live before ~120 years ago." ur observation proves nothing. and, we hav tree fossils dating back to the Triassic period, 200+ million years ago. theyve became so hardened as stone, they need diamond tipped saws to cut thru the slices.

i dont think u kno what an erosion mark is. pls define it.

  • ok lets get something straight, you cant date something thats dead its impossible, and the clams were found on mount everest btw

  • i want a piece of this: vorgoth you are dating the bible by counting the peoples ages in it. but it was only written 1000 bc. the bible is a story, it is not supported by any other historical document, eg: egyptians dont record moses, romans dont record jeseus. do you truly believe noah collected 2 of every animal around the world, then post-flood went and dropped off marsupials on australia, forgot to put snakes in ireland, told his kids "incest is best", then generated several different races

  • ok first of all your just assuming things, oyu dont actually know, God did have snakes in what is now ireland but a prophet (forgot his name) casted all the snakes from ireland int othe sea, God put strict laws AGAINST incest, but in the beginning there was no actual choice, the bible was not written, the bible is over 40 different books from different time periods, egyptians scratched off the names of moses because he had betrayed them, jesus was in israel, crusified by the jews,an out of chars

  • I think you sound educated about the bible and other things that last guy was an idiot that i how ignorant people deal with feeling inferior

  • it is you who assumes, you assume egyptians scratched moses out, only cause he is not there, and whatever about jesus, he has thousands of followers in the bible, but nobody else wrote of this, no romans worried, no jewish philosophers. "patrick drove the snakes into the sea", is a myth, to explain no snakes. however, there never was no traces. ireland has an identical climate to the uk, but less than half the flora/fauna. thats cause a land bridge once existed between uk and france, but not ire

  • land bridges did exist between england and ieland . Around 9000 years ago the first people used land bridges to communicate between ireland and england

  • speaking truth vorgoth =]

  • OMG ave read the book about 3 times now, aswell as the Da Vinci Code.

The Da Vinci Code was awesum film aswell, this looks even better, aswell its got Ewan McGregor init, F-in awesum

  • Do your research on the Illuminati, don't believe anything you see off of a movie.

  • The Illuminati is a Secret Society consisting of the worlds elite, People at the top positions of other occults as the Freemasons, The Bohemian grove and The Skull and Bones. Every few years the world's elite gather in a meeting known as Bilderberg to plan out out future, and our fate.

  • what's with the attitude that says i didn't look at the Wikipedia page like you did, lol

  • Im on page 300 of the book I GATTA GET IT DONT BEFORE THIS BEAST COMES OUT!!

  • OMG! Ewan McGregor (L)

    PERFECT!!!!!

  • you gota read the book to full understand and get everything outta this story.

    was so good

  • im watching this

    it looks fucking epic!

  • umm....dude you dont even know the stroy line i read the book and there people in the illuminati tortured and branded with crosses(or so they say) anyways just dont say anything before you know what happens youll understand

  • The Catholic church "ordered a brutal massacre" of the "illuminati". Really?

Oh well, I'm sure it will be a blockbuster, ho hum.

  • movie was looking dam good

  • if you people want to spoil the movie check out alex jones on net for the secret

  • you are only showing your ignorance..read the book first and then you'll have the answers to the questions you post.

  • who does Ewan McGregor play in this movie? thanks.

  • The Carlemgelo, soz for the spelling

  • hes kinda like a stand in pope

  • Can't wait for the novel to come out and I can't wait for Angels and Demons either

  • Hi, does anyone know that a "New Dan Brown Novel" is coming this September?

They say it's called "The Lost Symbol" featuring our favorite symbolist Robert Langdon.

  • cant wait!

  • I wonder what secret they uncover in this movie.

  • I read the book in like 1 day so i'm dying to see this movie, although i think it'll be quite a deception compared to the amazing grip the book had on you while reading, somewhat like the davinci code movie didn't grab you by the throat and kick you in the nuts like the book did

  • I totally agree.. The DaVinci Code was such a disappointment! Its not that it was a bad movie, but it just didnt do what the book did: "grab you by the throat and kick you in the nuts"! lol

I liked Angels&Demons better, so this movie better live up to it! I can't wait!

  • I can't wait to watch this. The book took me away from reality while reading

  • I am dying to see the scene with the carmelengo being acclaimed byt the people!! Dying!!!

  • omg I can't wait:D

  • is this movie really gud???? i will watch it it looks interesting!!!!

  • I loved Davinci Code and this looks equally if not better than it.

  • The VATICAN didn't want him, CERN did...

  • the best line in the book is "one does not go to Vatican city with one's ass hanging out!"

I'm looking forward to the movie.

  • i need to finish the book b4 i watch this!!!!

  • One of the movies I'm taking leave from work to see....Counting down the days. Don't care if it doesn't have one shred of truth in it. It has scrumptious Ewan McGregor in it.

  • OWNAGE!!!!!!!!

  • Man, I am so looking forward to this! However, I don't like how the narrator makes it sound like this is a sequel to The Da Vinci Code, not a Prequel. That could cause confusion. But another fantastic score from Hans Zimmer I do believe.

  • I think they are making the movie as a 'sequel' because its been 3 years since the Da Vinci Code and Tom isn't getting any younger so they decided not to try and make it look like it was set a year prior to the last movie....as the two are not directly related in any way beyond the main character, cant see it hurting?

  • hey, i'll watch this movie, i don't want to finish reading the book it's boring...

  • i can´t w8

  • I can't wait...

  • i love these movies but the thing is that they both go against my religion

  • yeah... But who cares... Its not like its the truth or anything. Its so far from the truth as it gets i believe. :p What makes this movie intresting is that the illuminati is said to excist. ;s Oh well.

  • True thats what makes me want to watch this movie...it looks good and its length is 2h45 :)...The Da Vinci Code was a great movie though.

  • You might think about changing your so beloved religious then. What is so special about it anyway to make it exempt from criticism? With all due respect, obviously.

  • you have to be catholic fisrt :)

  • that is the greatest argument about the catholic church i have ever heard. Props to you my friend.

  • Italy rulezzzzz

  • Hurrah! Tom Hanks gets to yell his patented 'HEY!' It wouldn't be a Tom Hanks movie without it :)

  • WOW must see !

  • I'm so excited. But based on what i saw about the fire murder, it looks less realistic then in the book :(

  • Thx.
