ok now I have watched all three and I believe Donnie is preaching the truth. WE are being pruned in our minds,thoughts, and lives to Holiness and righteousness.. to be more like His son Jesus who did it all for us. Also his weeping is not fake. Sometimes we do cry in genuine repentance and is a time of cleansing.

You do not know basic hermeneutics do you.A doctrine is not based on finding one verse to build it on it is the entirety of scripture.We do not ignore the OT just because you think we should. We must take the whole bible. Tithes was not taught in the NT because it was assumed.

I walked out of a Yongi Cho meeting in Scotland 10 years ago when he sent the offering baskets around for a second time saying people hadn't given enough. He exhorted us to write cheques for exhorbitant amounts of money to pay for his ministry to the Scottish people. My non-Christian friend was utterly disgusted and I was embaressed for the church! It was wonderful to hear this man preach the truth.

I remember while attemding JSBC Benny Hinn and R.W. Shambach brought in to lead chapel and church services. RW was a featured speaker at campmeetings and Benny was introduced by Jimmy Swaggart as one of the most anointed people of God being used today. I was very suprised due to the controversy with Benny. None the less the Holy Spirit did fall during those meetings and people were delivered. They helped JSM when not many others would after the Unfortunage events of 1988.

Thank you for posting this series of teachings by Donnie Swaggart. He is a brave preacher and my heart goes out to him and his family. I was baptised by my girlfriend 15 years ago. I have seen things in the Church that made me lose trust in pastors black or white! Most were lovers of money, sex, or were racists. Most were power hungry. Sometimes the Church knew about the dark side of their pastors and most stood by them! Is there something wrong with being blessed nowdays? God doesnt create homeless people...or poor people. God blesses us far above those who are in the world, financially, relationship wise...EVERYTHING. God meets all needs and He blesses His children and the Bible calls us to tithe and calls us to live in prosperity. I dont know anyone who lives the FULL gospel and is not wealthy.

What about all the people who cannot afford those excessive fees, and they try to enter, but are kicked out of the conference because they didn't pay up? Do you think that's right? To charge people to hear the Word of God, to get prayer, to worship Him, or to get help understanding their dreams?
