Get a D-boys AK for a field gun, They are MUCH better than CYMAs and have exceptional FULL STEEL (the newer models) EXTERNALS. my two cents.

@garretpanda I would disagree with that statement. CYMAs have had better reception than DBoys IMO. CYMAs are better internally, and this particular CYMA, although does not have full steel(receiver is full steel), is machined better than any DBoys externally. The wood looks nicer on the CYMA too.

I know these weren't your choices but for an ak try the utg ak or a kwa m4 maybe even g&g m4 then upgrade it. UTG ak works really well for me.

The company Javelin makes a superb AK74 tactical CPW. It has a custom selector switch and magazine release, making the AK CPW even more bad ass. I believe that airsoftgidotcom makes a video of it here on youtube so go check it out if you can!
