This guy has the clearest, and one of the best voices in music (in any genre) today. For years (the quality of his voice) reminded me of George Michael at his very best. It seems to ring and resonate in a way that you don't hear with many professional singers.

I love Kevin's voice, I loved him in dcTalks, but I love his music as an individual also. Just because your a christian, it doesn't keep you from trails and people need to quit judging this man. God has blessed him with a fantastic voice and I hope he keeps singing!

Oh my God...I have never seen a dcTalk music video before, and I've always thought TobyMac was the guy who sounded like this, and that Kevin Max never really did any leading vocals in their band...that completely changes my outlook on their songs 8O

We can say what we want about this guy...weird, unorthodox, awkward etc: The truth is, in the 90's so many young people like myself decided that following Jesus meant we could still express ourselves artistically. So, Kevin Max was used by God. God uses him still to reach those looking for this approach to worship and expression...I mean, can you imagine Jeremy Camp trying to appeal to this audience. whahahahaha.

Kevin has one of those voices that I always wished I had when I was younger. I'd think, "oh, the things I'd sing if I had that voice." I really enjoy hearing him sing, regardless of his age or weight.

Yo, great video.. I just saw Kevin this past weekend in Brooklyn, MI at Cornerstone Church. It was a very small venue, only about 50 people in attendance, but he put on a great show, and got the small crown very involved in the show. He was very approachable after the show, got some pics and autographs, he is a good guy and a great man of God!
