Wow, that was a *very* critical - one could even say epic - failure.

I haven't had that happen to me, but I did manage to get the Mako stuck on top of the guard rail with no way to get off without reloading.

Best part about having a Mako is you can shoot Geth armatures, then abandon it, just before you destroy the armature, and then destroy it on foot.

You'll get a lot more XP
