If you've seen Azumanga Daioh, almost the entire female cast returned for Best Student Council.

Rino and Pucchan are voiced by the same VA as Osaka, I forget her name.

I though Pucchan was done by Hilary Haag from her Dortin in Orphen initially, but I was wrong.
