I happen to be going thru my saved-Email archives..and found this also AWESOME such-inspiring video you've sent me, Geoff..and I love this one too....I simply cannot imagine in my going way back to 1971 and my seeing such awesome rides on my computer screen way back then....but only 39 years later..it has come so for real....and I just love it, mannnn! What gorgeous countryside too...big time!!! I'm so glad you've ''found'' me thru my own Tstorm-videos....or did I find you, first, heeeheee?

Oh yes, Geoff...I'm soohhh glad you also love ''Tie me kangaroo down, sport'' by Rolf Harris..which hit #3 on 7/13/63...on the USA charts....I was living in Montevideo, Uruguay, South America at the time. BTW..I used to listen to American Top 40 with Casey Kasem, Shadoe Stephens and it shows!

BTW...Casey Kasem did talk about that Rolf Harris' lovely song - exactly 25 years later when it first hit the American Charts in June 1963..which he did just that on 6/19/88..meanwhile..Geoff...at that very same time we had 4 separate Aussie acts on the charts - very same time in 1988..they were: Icehouse, the Church, INXS, and Midnight Oil....pretty amazingly cool, eh?

Excellent video, good music makes you want to drive faster and faster (when I have the time I love driving in roads like these as fast as I can) very pretty countryside and remarkable directing,editing and driving skills.

I know a few folklores about Canello. Apparently in the gold rush days, there was a ferry over the river. There are 2 pubs on the opposite side of Cadello. There was no bridge. So the punt, or ferryman had candles on his boat. So if someone wanted to cross the river after dark, they'd have to shout "Candello!". Also the monthly markets there are quite a ritual...

When those signs show wombats, they are not joking. It sunrise and sunset, in the Bega Shire, its always wise to drive under 100 and watch out for wombats.
