I'm not very sure about the experience you had but i love Elie Esper Salon i referred all my friends here they always take care of me when i go there and his prices are very reasonable. !!
very EXPENSIVE salon! cannot work with all types of hair...totally overrated!! BECAREFUL when making appts. over phone, staff is very dishonest and will quote you a price DIFFERENT then when they are ready to collect thier money!!!
