  • @TheComputerZombie

ummm no it wasn't made in America at all!!!!

suggest you do bit of research first before commenting

  • @trowan82 I meant THIS car was made in America, not by any dealership but probably by someone, I OBVIOUSLY know the whole Ford Falcon wasn't made in US, My God.. You people are dumb asses..

  • @TheComputerZombie are you trying to say he built up the car in the US that would make it a bit clearer :)

  • What the FUCK man!

  • @MikeLovesChoppers I bought a hyundai excel for my daily driver great car, but not for the life of me would i ever spend money on it, Once its lifes done of to the tip and another one lol they are like disposable razors, I myself love my Xf 84 Panal Van, Recently picked up a V8 Xd, ute for 600 licenced am super happy with that, yeah i feel ya dude it sucks that aussies are not buying aussie cars, Hopefully we still make engines and great falcons in this country.

  • The Interceptor was made out of an Australian Xb Ford Falcon. Great cars those old falcons, but the Inceptor is the ultimate customized ford ever.

  • And always remember what Mel Gibson says:

    DAMN JEWS.

  • these cars are ugly

  • @blitzed6591 Oh, you Stay at Home Sons always come up with the wittiest sayings!

  • Doodle pip

  • Nice paint reflection,

  • wicked car and love the sound.

  • I've never been a fan of muscle cars as they simply don't fit on european roads but the mad max interceptor just gives you goosebumps, I get shivers looking at this. Awesome job.

  • Where's the Dog?

  • wow, thats automotive poetry in motion! just beautiful

  • Whoever is dissing this BADASS piece of work is still paying bus fare to get home to their fucked up mommas...you bitches that whine aint worth Satan's weight in shit you fucked up Yugo driving bastiches!!! This car is better than yo daddy's piece of punk assed shit car he drives you to work in!!

  • @thedeathlyone1 Thank you sir. That is without a doubt the best way I've ever heard it put!

  • @scar2783 it just pisses me of that these idiots rather enjoy driving in their sister's Volkswagen Rabbits than enjoy the anger, the attitude, the muscle, and overall meanness put to music when you rev up this sexy BEAUTY of a real car!!!!! V8 Blackie here can eat their daddy's Ford Fiesta for breakfast!!!! And they STILL hitch rides from their ex girlfriends!!!! Ima get me one of these Exactly like in this video!!!!

  • You need to make your own movie.

  • Stupid idiot with a cellphone, while driving.....

  • Sitting wayyy to high in the rear

  • the austrialians had some cool designs for vehicles.

  • Holy shit I want one!

  • Fucking awesome.

  • If they EVER make a Mad Max remake, you need to sell them your car. That was SWEET!!!

  • @normharris They're starting filming of Mad Max 4 in January. Rumor has it Part 5 is being done back to back as well.

  • @scar2783 How cool, TWO Mad Max films coming out. I think what made the first two great films was the rawness due in part to low production budget. I hope they do not overproduce the new ones.

  • holy CRAP that blower sounds sweet!

  • 'Last of the V8 Interceptors...real piece of history. Would have been a shame to... make it a soda can....'

    '

  • Awesome car man, love it.

  • Very cool car and an incredible amount of work. Awesome.

  • @DrMMHMD If you want ugly look in a mirror... or in your drive way. go wank to supra picture ya dumb faggot

  • @DrMMHMD Extremely insightful Dr. Dork...

  • Nice lookiong XB. is the XB based on the torino or the stang or am I wrong on both guesses. you did a nice job on making this XB into the MAD MAX car

  • does the blower have a clutch on it like the movie car did?

  • @marshall0792

No blower has a clutch, air would not be able to pass through to the engine if the vanes weren't turning. Clutch was a movie effect.

  • Nice leaf spring shackles.

  • Awesome! 30 years later and I still want one.

Somebody tell Toecutter, Bubba, and the rest of them stop hitting the dis button.

  • Remember the night rider when you look into the night sky.

  • the shrill supercharger whine sounds heavenly xD

  • Awesome piece of work. Wish i had one. Well done

  • Yes he did, the short barrel shot gun, he did all his talking through that!!!!

  • gloss black....what the hell/!

  • @alfamonk Watch the film and pay attention big guy. The car is Black on Black ( BoB ), gloss black with stain black paint on the rear end, rear quarter panels, middle of the hood and along the bottom. Very common knowledge among fans of the film and car.

  • @scar2783 By any chance were you in across the border on the canadian side of niagra falls last sunday?

  • @worldofwilfred No, that is a friend of mine who lives in Canada near there...

  • @scar2783 ok, keep your hair on boss, I had it in my head that the Interceptor was all matt, but that's probably cos i last watched the film years ago. It's a sweet looking motor anyway. respect.

  • @scar2783 there is a website devoted to the one and only survivor and it shows the pictures of the car, the hood was done up like the muscle cars with the flat black areas, I am glad it is the mad max version and not the one with the damned tanks in the trunk

  • @rallygsc Sounds like Bob Fursenko's site. The car is currently at the Cars of the Stars Museum, however, it looks as if that collection has been sold, as their site is down.

  • I would sell my soul to own that car !

  • damn good and lookin damn nice. my buddy has a mad max interceptor here in california except not in black. it is yello blue nd red as the squad cars looked. but exactly as in the movie and that thing is soo damn fun to take it out on a friday night. but damn good job on ur ride man! and fuck everyone else whos talkin shit. id like to see what theyre driving. haha

  • @imnotafool1 Thanks bud. I'm sure you're buddy is a member of our Australian Ford Falcon Club ( AFFC ) on Yahoo Groups. Most U.S. owners are.

Yes, there are some genuine nit wits that leave messages here, but all in all, most are nice people.

  • AUSSIE FORD FALCON XB MODEL

  • WHY THE WHEELS RUNNIN BACKWARDS??

  • @mrBelfegorr it only appears that way mate, it's all to do with optical nerve signals & our brains speed to process those signals

  • @deanzed thanx,it was a joke : D

  • now all you have to do is ride up 2inches behind a unsuspecting crotch rocket's ass.

  • I hate that he wasted a classic ford mach 1 fastback.....:(

  • @MicroAppleStudios What in God's green earth are you referring to?

  • @MicroAppleStudios It aint a mustang. Its an Australian Ford falcon xb. closer to a Torino than a mustang.

  • @MicroAppleStudios It's a Ford Falcon not a Mustang

  • @newyorkreload The taillights along with the mirrors, window shapes, the wheel archs, and the bend down the side of the car very closly resembles a 71-74 ford mach 1

  • @MicroAppleStudios Hey goofy, its not a ford mach 1 fastback (or mustang). it is a 1973 australian ford falcon xb model.. or the closest t hing we have to it is a 1970 ford torino cobra jet. :)

  • @MicroAppleStudios i think you need to learn a few things about the mad max interceptor before you make yourself look like a moron. this is not a mach 1 mustang, this a Austria based Ford Falcon XB. Before you make comments like this you might want to do research first.

  • @MicroAppleStudios

You sir, need to do a little more research on your automobiles. This is an Australian Falcon, which is different from an American Falcon, and both are different than a Mustang.

  • @MicroAppleStudios

It's and Australian Ford Falcon Coupe, either an XA, XB or XC originally.

  • @Sotek101 its an 1974 XB gt coupe.

  • @LYNCHIE1011 The original movie car was an XB GT Coupe, however most of the replicas are either XA's or XC's converted to look like the original XB car, its cheaper that way

  • @Sotek101 i ment as in the original was an XB GT.. but i never knew people imported our XA's and XC's to turn them into interceptors.. no wonder there getting rare over here :/

  • Wow, even the tires spin backwards down under ;)

  • that thing is rad! awesome one of a kind car! very cool!

  • Love mad max and Aussie muscle. Not a huge fan of the look of them done up as an interceptor buth the whole point of restoring a car is doing your own thing and the personal touches are what make it unique. Thumbs up for doing your own thing.

  • kick ass! how max speed of dat baby? and it must been really not cheap to build it

  • You sir are a genius! Thank you for posting this!

  • My erection from this car could shatter a brick or pry open a jelly jar.

  • mmmmmmm 351 Cleveland :)

  • One word:

    SIIIIIIIIIIIIICKKKKKKKK :D

  • cool. sell it to me! ;-)

  • Sick...great job!!!

  • I'm not going to knock the Mad Max rebuild. It is still a beautiful machine. I am going to say, however, that the stock looks of the Aussie Falcon are damned gorgeous. Just look at those beautiful lines, the windows, the rear quarters... The stock model was a fine looking machine. No matter if it's a Mad Max replica, or a stock rebuild, these cars still scream power, grace, and beauty. Fine job, sir. Fine job.

  • JUST DAMN COOL , I WANT ONE !!!

  • very nice mate, looks like a lot of time and effort and care went into that!

  • @GTFORDMAN Thank you sir...and to everyone else's kind words...

  • nice very nice car man

  • Kick it in the guts and go get the Nightrider!

  • why do this to such a bueatiful old car

  • @biggzyboys My initial response was, why do people asked pitifully stupid, insulting questions like this but then I thought about it a little. So here is your answer. This NOW beautiful car was a pile of junk six cylinder car that was neglected and abused by it's former Australian owner, destined for the junkyard. Many, many thousands of dollars later, it was brought back to life. If I had not purchased this car in 2001, it would be a soda can in your hand right now.

  • @scar2783 so why not restore it back to its original condition, as if it has just rolled of the production line. I am not trying to knock you on the its final outcome, i am just saying why turn it into a mad max interceptor replica which nearly every body does but when you could restore it back to original condition. They are becoming quiet a rarity in Australia now, and i am constantly seeing these beautiful old cars being turned into mad max replicas or ridiculous hot wheels lookalike cars

  • @biggzyboys Well...if you took the time to look at my other videos, you'd see I had done just that. Yet another neglected Falcon destined for the scrap heap that I threw a ton of money into. This one was my first and is a genuine XB GT JG66 car. WHEN I built the Interceptor replica, there were not many, so there was wasn't "nearly everybody" doing it. Plus, ten years ago, hardly anyone in Oz was saving GT's, much less saving a mere Falcon 500 XB GS 6 banger.

  • @biggzyboysSO...I still don't get your question. I purchased a XB GT to make a MM Interceptor. Realized the scarcity of a GT ( only 123 produced in '75 ) and restored it instead. Purchased a base model piece of crap that no one wanted, built my dream car, and ten years later some anonymous person on the internet gives me shit for it. Guess, you can't please everyone...P.S. There are only around 100 MM cars worldwide. There are much more stock Falcons, so I would think "everybody" isn't doing it

  • @scar2783 well for that i can take my hat off to for the restoration of the XB GT , but i still don't understand why build a replica interceptor, they take away the classic muscle car/stock family car look away from them, it's like building the car from any of the batman series , the cars look pretend and if not like jokes.

  • @biggzyboys It is his car. It is not your car. It was what he wanted to do with his car. You sound as though you think that your ideas on car restoration are better than his. Don't be so arrogant. Why do you have a problem with what someone else does with their own property? He built it into something that he wanted and he did a good job of it. Enough said. Go away.

  • first Aussie car(48/215) was designed in Detroit because the original design was shit.first Aussie design was the EH Holden, first Aussie design Commodore was the VT.first Torana was a Vauxhall Viva GT and the next Torana was a Chevy Vega.Aussie Falcon came straight from the States in 1960.all designs for Aussie cars must be approved by the manufacturers head design first.there has never been a Aussie designed, made and owned car for mass production.probably never will be.GM,Ford,Chrysler.U.S.A

  • blah, blah , blah.....nice deflection moron...i was talking how crappy the aussie cars are not how wonderful the euros are.....what a moron...fuckin pitas...

  • DALE, that was the best 52sec of my life :)

  • You may rubbish our Aussie cars, but when we go to OUR car shows, we actually use our cars for what they are intended.....Not prancing around sounding tuff and doing tiny little burnouts. Go to Summernats Burnouts and have a look champ, yes you Mrjhnsnjjkustoms.....Bloody peanut!!!!

  • You may rubbish our Aussie cars, but when we go to OUR car shows, we actually use our cars for what they are intended.....Not prancing around sounding tuff and doing tiny little burnouts. Go to Summernats Burnouts and have a look champ

  • IMAGINE.....AN AMERICAN OWNING A PIECE OF SHIT AUSSIE RRRRRRUST BUCKET. NOT SURPRISED...BUT ILL GO TOE TO TOE WITH YEAH FOR....PINKS..

  • @MrJhnsnjjkustoms

A man of the Bible, are you?

    Hypocrite!

"Take the plank out of your own eye before you tend to your brother's."

    HATER

  • funny...i live in Canada. and i love the american cars. and ill say this....the coupes have serious rust problems. i have a 10 sec fire bird with just bolt on parts.i have a 460 hp pontiac 428 on the stand... on the stand ..... if i were to put that in there it would be all over.what a joke..hehe haha.

  • @MrJhnsnjjkustoms >Canada (Well, there's your problem. Now go take an English class before you make yourself look any more stupid with your incomprehensible grammar.)

  • funny...i live in Canada. and i love the american cars. and ill say this....the coupes ha serious rust problems. i have a 10 sec fire bird with just bolt on parts.i have a 460 hp pontiac 428 on the stand... on the stand ..... if i were to put that in there it would be all over.what a joke..hehe haha.

  • @MrJhnsnjjkustoms Thanks dork. That means a lot with your immense qualifications...

  • @scar2783 I just like to let you know not all us americans are like that.

  • @Kurtlives94 Thanks Kurt, I appreciate that. I'm an American from upstate NY. I think this MrJhnsnjjkustoms Nit Wit is addressing the Aussie's on here and not me but who knows. He's obviously a nut job and I blocked him from making other comments.

  • @scar2783 Where is that Falcon located in NYS?

  • @airboss1970 Hudson Valley area...

  • @scar2783 Cool. I'm in Schenectady Co. area. Love to see it in person. Is it an XB GT? Been looking for a XB sedan for a yellow interceptor replica.

  • @airboss1970 We'll be at Lake George Hot Rod Happening car show in July, maybe go to Guptill's at least once and of course, the Adirondack Nationals in Sept. . Unbelievably, just yesterday a friend of mine with several Oz Falcons contacted me and stated he was thinking about selling one of his XB sedans. Contact me at scar2783@yahoo.com if you're interested.

I have a stock XB GT coupe ( check my screen name for other videos ) and this XB GS Falcon 500 Mad Max replica.

  • @MrJhnsnjjkustoms LOL silly boy u and ur americans

  • @MrJhnsnjjkustoms Great, than let me tell you that even European cars shit all over your american crappy cars with huge engines, mate, a Ferrari from the 80's has like a 3.0 engine and around 300BHP and beats all your american cars anyday. Fuck american cars, the australian ones look way better and so do Europeans

  • @3dDuke ever see the Bathurst 12 hour?Lamborghini V12 and Nations Cup Monaro, powered by Chevy 427 shit all over the Ferrari in a straight line.Ferrari is only good at cornering and loses out on the straights to big HP American Muscle.GM bought Holden in the 40's and Ford is all American and let's not forget Chrysler, who bought Dodge in the 30's.There has never been a all Australian car and there probably never will be.We can't just design a car and build if the parent company doesn't like it.

  • @hardcorecourier I see what you are coming at, but I was talking about street cars. If you put it that way, than any F1 or le mans car beats any american car... What I was trying to say is American cars have big engines, no wonder they got good acceleration, but Europeans make better cars with smaller engines yet faster

  • @3dDuke Horses for Courses. You wouldn't take American cars to Europe to compete for sales because the conditions are completely different.Europeans and Americans alike both have the same problems competing with the Japanese.Nissan GT-R Lexus,Camry,Prius,Honda Civic,Subaru,Mitsubishi EVO and so-on.These guys have hurt everyone from Mercedes to Audi,Porsche,BMW,Chrysler,Chevy and Ford.I certainly wouldn't want to be driving a Porsche in the U.S.A when I could drive a Corvette.Horses for Courses.

  • @hardcorecourier Do they? I see far a lot more Peugeot's and Citroens than anything but fine...Also, funny all you americans say you wouldnt want an european car because you can get an american car. If is that so, why do the Americans get so many European and Japanese cars nowadays? I see lots of Mercs, Lambos and Ferrari's there...

  • @3dDuke who went after Ferrari and succeeded?Auto Union(Audi)Bugatti,VW,Aston Martin,Peugout,Renault,Citroen,Jensen,Triumph,Rover,Mercedes,BMW?No.FORD.Carroll Shelby GT40.Market sales don't make a better car.I've owned all sorts from a 1963 Ford Falcon to a 1974 Honda Civic,Holden Kingswood V8,1974 Triumph 2000,2007 Dodge Avenger, and many others American and British.I couldn't say One was better than the other just because of it's origin.I love all types of Cars for what they are.

  • @hardcorecourier How many years did Ferrari win, and how many years has ford won? What about Mercedes? Porsche? Jaguar?? Forgot all those so fast? Plus, have you forgot who designed the gt40, who built it? The british did...I do like american cars, I just don't like how people praise them so much when all they have is a huge engine when they can't even turn or hold onto a street.

  • @hardcorecourier Well, for 4 years? That's nothing compared to the ferrari titles, plus who has the most Le mans titles?? I'm sure the americans do... I do like all sort of cars aswell, don't get me wrong, I do like muscle cars aswell, the thing is their overated when there is certainly better...

  • that is amazing!

  • Mad Max (part 1) and The Road Warrior (part 2) are great classic movies... and anyone that hasn't watched them, MUST...LOL!!!

  • Nice, but would look sooo much better if it was slammed down a bit.....praise the lowered.

  • does that supercharger cut on and off like in the movie?

  • @kingkong87m Nope...

  • @kingkong87m No, the one in the movie is a fake, it would require a very complicated system of bypass valves and air ducts to make a supercharger that could be switched on and off. All real superchargers are permanently on.

  • @GunsOfThePhoenix

Systems to turn on and off the turbo or supercharger, have been around since the 90's at the least.

Some manufacturers have actually started to use this system in mass production cars.

    The BMW M5 E60 has a 5,0 V10 which can produce 507hp, while in "M-mode". In normal mode, it runs as a V8, in M-mode, as a V10.

BMW Z4 E89 has a 3.0, twin turbo straight 6 engine. The turbo's "start up" only during kick-down acceleration. Otherwise, the car either runs with the turbos turned off.

  • Mad Max never had a cell phone.

  • @DetroitLove4U True fact!

  • Looks a little wrinkly, but so what. Need more Mad Max clones!

  • @CalicoatMaker Many thanks for your expertise and opinion...

  • I AM KNIGHT RIDER !!! (gee such a small box for the poor fella....)

-- Got you a surprise if you stay on the force, last of the V8's !!!

-- You can cut through those cuffs in 10 minutes, I figure you got 5 - you could probably cut through your leg in 5 Johnny...

--- Looks like i got me self some gasiline, eeeahh?, eeah?, ooohooooo (burning feet) v8 Eeeah? Eeeah??? no no thats MY SNAKE....

A fella, a quick fella, might have a weapon under there ... LOL the classic "low budget movie set"

  • @livingdeadbtu

    lol in ur second comment

    doesnt he say guzzle-ine?

  • I liked the camera car, by the reflection in the Mad Max car it looked like a '71 or '72 Mustang Mach 1

  • @upwardcrayon5 Good eye. It's actually a '71 Boss 351 Mustang.

  • @scar2783

Good eyes?? no, he is bionic!

    Nice replica by the way

  • @lekikko Many thanks...

  • God I want that car...
