ha! i do this! it works pretty well for a natural slightly wavy look. i have super straight hair that doesnt hold a curl well. i have to spray the heck out of it and do this with wet hair then sleep on it. its uncomfortable but super easy. i am looking for a more curly look and came across this vid and dont suggest it to those of us wanting curly hair. its more wavy like hers even if your hair is shorter and not as heavy.

In the video it looked okay. But in the photos at the end, it looked terrible. Like you jammed your hair into a bag of hot garbage. Try not to use so much product, especially on the tips. It completely ruins the look.
