Big error at 8:30, you should have run west instead of south which lead to summons by the Q.
In general never run around without any means of healing (cure critical wounds). You should try mangband one day, no time to curse that long if such a situation occurs ;)
when it summoned help, why didnt you immediately read a scroll of phase door? and when you were confused, why didnt you immediately use your staff of curing?
dude it was the quylthug... i hate those bastards... as soon as you phased away from the orcs i saw that capital Q. You should have either phased again immediately or quickly attacked it. You can usually kill the yellow Q's in one attack. Too bad man. It was the Q that summoned the hulk.
You have my condolences, dying in this game hurts. Try a priest sometime, they are great fun once you get lots of mana and dispel evil.

Hahahaha, for me, that's great. This is still my best character, although I have another guy sneaking up that's looking to overtake him.
That, and I haven't been playing this game as much as I should be.
