Creating a Website using NVU or Kompozer (Part 2 of 3)

I'm having a problem, whenever I try to set a picture as the background it simply won't do it, I click everything the exact same way as you do, but the image won't come up. Do you want me to quickly make a video showing that?

Thinking about downloading NVU, i currently have Dreamweaver.

Ignoring the price of the programs, which would you think is better to use?

I love just messing about with Kompozer. I like the challenge of designing with quite simple software sometimes ;). Plus, it sometimes operates even better than Dreamweaver, especially for tables.
