OH! Oh my god, THANK YOU! I have an ancient tape of this that was recorded in about 1991, and it's wearing out. It's my absolute favourite version of Romeo and Juliet out there, and now I've got some of it to see on YT! It's so theatrical - dedicated to the story first and foremost. And I got to see this cast live, I think - one of the best Mercutios I've ever seen (and I love the treatment NBT gives Mercutio, who other companies seem to pretty much ignore.) You're an absolute legend, thank you.
That must be Jeremy Kerridge as Mercutio, what a fantastic artist.

God I loved this ballet. The first revision of it by NBT was about 1995 ish if I remember rightly.
Oh and Harvey, Christopher Gable directed the revised version of R&J and the choreography was by Massimo Moricone.
