Alex killed me with his expression upon seeing Izzie. I just wanna give him a big ol' hug! If Izzie leaves him again after tonight maybe Cristina can finally give him the much needed hug.

Lexzie belong together! I agree with sofilove123 that izzie should fight for their marriage just like Alex has always fought for her. I have complete faith that they will work things out no matter who or what stands in between them.

i'm gonna get hated for this i can feel it... but now izzie doesn't deserve alex no. go reed, she's super nice and actually cares for him. i don't hate izzie... but what she did was insanely cruel to alex... whose gone through soooooo much already w/ women.

Ok I don't agree that Reed should be w/Alex @ all! Reed is only being nice because she wants to be with him not because she actually cares. What Izzie did to him was wrong and I DON'T condone it at all but she has been through a lot herself recently and I wouldn't go to the extent that Izzie doesn't deserve Alex they have been through a lot together,but I don't want Alex to take Izzie back so easily either I want her to fight for his trust again and figure out what their marriange is to them.

Izzie is back!!! I love her!! I hope she and Alex can work it out, but even if they don't, I'm happy she's back!

Yeah his face when he sees her :( it makes me just want to hug him and never let go. I love izzie too and am sooo happy she's back. I don't get why so many people seem to hate her.

OMG! Poor Alex! I am a huge Lexzie fan and I want them to be happy! Although Izzie has some making up to do, she has to show Alex that she cares!
