Stupidly enough, most of rock historians in Japan don't regard tunes like this as ROCK. They think the real Japanese "Rock" began in 1970 after the GS(Group Sounds) boom was over. Probably later years many of Japanese rockers from 50's-60's turned their directions to Kayoukyoku or Enka......
