Love your new apartment! Nice you can keep your bikes close and keep an eye on them. Look forward to seeing your aparment when its all decorated, its so white haha! Happy New Year and stay safe!
Dear serpentza! I'm a little bit confused about your bikes in china. I went to china in october last year(for vacation), and they told me there, that it is not allowed to drive bikes with more than 125ccm. Furthermore, in some places motorbikes totally restricted because of the airpolution(but they use electric bikes as an alternative). How is it possible to you to drive those "huge" bikes in china? Thanks in advance.
I think it's fantastic you found yourself a place where you can be near/around your bikes all the time... beautiful place. Like other commentors, I love the white coloring. It really makes the place seem a lot more open and spacious. Bright is good.
Looks like beergirl and you had a nice holiday, beer girl is very pretty to btw. Your new appt. looks nice, I like the tall ceilings alot they probably dont have a whole lot of those in china huh? Your new bike is very nice to, have a nice new year.
Looks like you have a whole fleet, I am really Jealous. My favorite is the Blue Cb. Can your white friends speak perfect Chinese like you? How much is rent like in U.S. dollars? Do the Chinese Celebrate Christmas? Nice place and I like your little black car. I want to get a Smart car , right after I buy my Lamborghini. How much is petrol per liter or gallon in China? Thanks bro. Great videos. Randy
Question:. what sorta costs would i be looking at for renting some place when i go to china. i was thinking it would probly be around the same as what i have now, like 200 a week. then again im thinking AUD. thats more then the current USD.
@AridersLife It really depends on where you want to live and the terms of the agreement. You generally have a small amount of haggling room, not much but if you aren't afraid to ask, you can get a discount. Depending on where you are, like Serpentza stated, out of the city or inside the city or which province you so choose to live. In Shenzhen, your looking at around 3,000-4,000 yuan/month for a comfortable, decent, not overboard western apartment with a good view. Roughly 500USD about 480AUD.
Some of the furniture looks a lot like IKEA. As a student in Germany, I got pretty much the same stuff. Does IKEA offer good value for the money even in China or do you buy from the fake IKEA called furniture 11?
@Iropod An observation on IKEA. The IKEA in Shenzhen is comparable to other IKEA's I've been to in the US and Canada. The cabinet hardware and fixtures I noticed were a bit cheaper. There is also a much larger selection of decent and affordable furniture here.

Your new appartment is smashing, plenty of space for you and beergirl, and of cause the mint motorbike :-)
I dont blame you for keeping it inside, well worth protecting mate.
The white decorating really makes best use of the illuminaton, also good for the state of mind as some people react badly to dark surroundings.
Looks like you and beergirl had a smashing christmas :-), hope you have a fantastic new year.
