@RNSTSniper ya...about that...it was actually a misguided information given to me from a friend... killing jeanie doesnt help... the only TRUE options are pickpocket and lockpicking...sorry for the inconvinience...the other thing you can do is (if you dont wanna restart) go to Ranger Andy's Bunglow (the one in the middle of the 3 bunglows right next to the dinosaur) and take Ranger Andy in front of the dinosaur...
