  • WHAT MUSCLES ?????

  • @endomorph80 spinal erectors and hamstrings. I was doing them at 40kg yesterday and these are the bits that are hardest hit.

Seems essentially like a 'reverse squat' - the bum goes out, but then instead of the legs moving down, it's the upper body.

  • Too much weight and you kiss the fucking floor and your nose goodbye

  • this is WRONG. your not supposed to lift up that fast your supposed to lift up slowly while stretching your back. expert village cant do anything right

  • What the hell? The whole video is covered with text, i cant watch the exercise, i just hear blabla and text all over the video

  • is your lower back supposed to be sore after you do this??

  • @dou yup.. lower back upper back and shoulders.. and a bit in your hamstrings if your not so strong in your legs.. if you're well trained in your hamstrings you will hardly notice anything.

  • if you curl your back at all there is a LOT of potential for injury. Definitely keep back arched the entire time

  • Been trying to find out the correct way to do this. Thanks!

  • thrust

  • These shits get it

  • I hurt my back today doing these. damnit!

  • yea good mornings can be sometimes very dangerous. bruce lee loved doing good mornings. he didnt warmup in one session and did it with his usual 125lb barbell and injured his sacral nerve in his lower back.
