Just a little helpful hint. If you need or want it, there is a shot gun right there. The railing infront of you, at 2:54 in the video, if you jump over it and drop straight down there is a shot gun to your left. I found it by accedinte one day when I jumped wrong and fell lol.

Tip: Die as much as you want. Save and quit right before the sword elite. Load it up and beat him without dying, and you should get the award. Thumbs up so people can see.

alternative for the last part- If your super quick you can jump down into the ditch jump on the boxes and then up onto the other side, sprint into the room and the elite will by fiddeling with the controls so you can assainate him and hit the button.=)

you can die 9001 times and still get the achievement. get the last checkpoint (which is roughly before the sword elite) and hit save and quit. resume game and all deaths will be wiped! so finish the level after resuming the game without dying and you get the achievement.

Uhh if you revert to last save BEFORE u die then you probably would still get the achievement. What I did was just let the AIs do all the work. So like some of the times I would just snipe with my DMR or Pistol but with the sword elite you pretty much just need to use a plasma pistol. I did this before watching the video so.... IM AWSOME

@thegheykid Were you playing in Legendary? And a tip...you can die as many times as you want until you get to the last checkpoint. When you get to the last checkpoint, save and quit, and then resume and finish the mission without dying and you still get the award.

SAFE PLACE: The easiest way to kill the sword elite is at 3:20 you can see the pipes running along the wall, jump on those, then jump to the ledge and follow it all the way up where you can sit and snipe the sword elite. He cannot reach you there.

An easy way to kill the elite at the end is make sure you have a plasma pistol and shoot him with an over charged shot, that will take his shields down, then switch to the DMR and shoot him in the head. I actually activated the Tilt skull for the zealots to double their weakness to plasma damage then (when I got there) killed the first with plasma rifle, then took a DMR and plasma pistol, EMP'd the sword zealot- headshot on it it. Made it a lot easier.

or you could cheat the game by going through the entire level and reach the end but instead of pressing that switch to initialize the cutscenes just leave the campain and go to main menu and you'll see resume campain and you'll be good to go unless the elites kill you. ( this might only work offline)
