@califilipino May is when the fight would be held, he's only doing a max of 90 days. That's two months, his sentence starts Jan. 6th. He'll still have plenty of time to train for a May 5th fight. The only reason for this fight not to happen if TopRank refuses to fight in May.

If you will going back to remember the events of 2009 leading to the said proposed date, Pac was recuperating from an ear injury he suffered on Cotto fight plus the fact that Pac was scheduled to campaign on a Congressional Seat on May of 2010, a task that will eat part of his time in preparation for this mega fight.

@DROC1474 Evander Holydfield had to take a blood test before he fought Tyson, he didn't say a word about it. Floyd had to take a blood test before he fought De La Hoya. Why didn't Tyson ask that of his previous 37 opponents? And Why didn't he ask it of his next 11? Why didn't DLH ask for a test for the 36 fights he had before Floyd? And why no one after? It's just a drug test at least Floyd is making EVERYONE take the test not just Manny.

Manny turned down a 14 day cut off. Then they turned around and requested a 14 day cut off after it was taken off of the table.

An even playing field means that they are both clean and both fighting under fair terms. If Manny gets to choose the ring size, the weight of the gloves, and put a fine on Floyd then it's only fair that he take a random blood test. There is no excuse necessary when you understand that.

@DROC1474 No because no one ever requested a RANDOM blood test. He's only taken one blood test against Hatton which was on a known date.
That's where you're wrong and need to get your info checked. Floyd went to the NSAC first before making the demand and the NSAC said that it was okay if Manny agreed to it. So the only problem is Manny's disagreement to the test.
That's exactly what he did, you havent been following this fight.
