I kno its getting hyped b4 testing, and im one of the ppl doing it :S

as long as the combat is button based like a console game, not just auto attack and hotkey based (which is the main focus it seems) i'll be happy, becos that's the reason I recently quit WOW and a more action based combat will enrich the experience for me :)

I do have to say its a great game.

Just for a few things...

If you're into this MMO for epic story line and epic cutscenes, this game is most likely not for you.

The game questing is very bland.

Kill this, kill that, collect this collect that.

HOWEVER, THE COMBAT makes up for everything.

Running this game on ultra settings w/ anti aliasing makes it SO PRETTY as well.

I am really trying hard to get excited and into this game, almost everyone I know wants to play it but the more I look into it the less and less I feel like I would want to play it. :/

@Agumon5 I thought it would be good, I've played the beta a bit and have some videos uploading. I agree with you it doesn't appeal to me either. Sure the combat is good and the graphics are good (high res but I don't like the style). It still has horrible quest text and other features that annoy me. I'm waiting for GW2.

@TheScyfo seriously judging a game where you could lvl to 27? If I tested GW2 just for a short period with low armor and other stuff, I would say the same about GW2. The best part in Tera is the endgame content (new patch is even getting better, with dynamic events with (rifts) appearing on the sky and monsters spawning etc rift like), and the low lvl content is pretty awesome too, well Good luck and have fun in GW2 then which I think you guys HYPE to much. prepare for the disappoint

@sharifvlog So you can judge the game which is in beta, compare it to a game which has been out for a year in Korea (I think a year) and say it will be a disappointment..but It can't go the other way? From what i've seen so far from the GW2 press beta is nothing short of incredible and innovative. Hype? I've not seen much hype in videos only videos on actual content and honest opinions.

WOW which is pretty much what a great deal of the population first think of when they hear the term MMO. However I am glad it will be not gear oriented like WOW and it'll actually take skill to play. Nope, I think this game will just reduce few playerbase from WoW. My prediction is WoW will be just a normal game with average playerbase in the next 2-4 years if they;re still insisting P2P with old outdate graphic and gameplay. Considering this year 2012 is the ultimate year of action mmorpg games. If not anything Guild Wars 2 will out do WoW, not Tera Online. No offense, but GW2 will have large playerbase. Tho I"m going to play Tera Online as well before GW2 comes out.

@matteste The game engine is Unreal Engine 3 and the framerate is pretty smooth on medium computers with max graphic settings (from what i could see on the european closed beta test).

Though when it comes to capitals and raiding, i think you might wanna have a quad core and 4+ gigs of memory.
