A COLB is as legal a document in proving citizenship as a birth certiticate is. Hawaii officials have affirmed that they have both documents, and they both show he was born in Honolulu. Then there were two current birth announcemants in local papers. The papers got the names from the hospitals, not from parents. The parents in one were listed as Mr and Mrs Barack H Obama.

I think it's safe to say he's been neutered but if you consider the fact that he is still at large failure then yes, Bush failed to catch him. You'd be surprised at how many Officers love President Obama too. It's a huge amount. More than we've ever seen. Obama has the respect, trust, faith and loyalty of nearly the entire military. While there is always loyalty, and a commitment to adhere to protocol with any President, very few soldiers trusted bush, since he was a coward himself. It turned a lot of stomachs when he sat motionless on 911 after being told "we're under attack." If a base Commander did that under fire, he'd be yanked.
