The meds that come in these kits are commonly available 'over-the-counter' type medicines here in the US. The are basically for pain relief, diarrhea, and allergies...

Here in the UK retailers still seem to be supplying the Aloksak version - I guess in time the DryFlex inner will filter through, but as the review kits were direct from the UK distributor it may take a bit of time!
