  • PROBLEM IS EVERYBODY DOES SIT-UPS COMPLETELY WRONG: lay on your back with your arms beside you and keep your elbows on the ground and arms bend 90o and you pivot off your elbows.. and only lift your sholders about 6 inches off the ground.. do no back strain whatsoever.. it is the most effective and easiest crunch you can possibly do!

  • he was trying to talk and face the camera, why the fuck would he put his head all the way down. He was doing a quick demo for everyone's benefit -not a full out exercise. Fucking relax people.

  • I love mine. East and effective. I do 160 crunches a day which isn't much but works well for me. I set up in front of the TV and it's perfect!

  • Guys make sure your neck / back of your head is touching the top roller for best results. 10 reps done correctly will give you the results of 40 incorrect ones. Quick tip that has worked for me!

  • Mine must be broke. Even on the greatest resistance level, I sit and just fall back. It doesn't even help me get back up. I'm using the black bars.

  • My experience has been that ab machines don't offer any major advantages over ab and core routines you can do on your own. I hope you get the results you're seeking.
