I switched to o2 as I never had anything faster than 0.5 mbps. £50 worth of calls to sky. Sky refunded my money after I had been shouted at by the manager who was very aggressive and hung up! Sky customer service = SHIT
i have this problem a little bit faster than yours butt I called them up 'Sky' and they just said basically fuck off we can't do shit? seriously mine starts at 5:15 in the afternoon to about 11:30 at night its at exactly at them times which mine doesn't bother to work have you solved your problem yet? and also I called up 'Sky' again and they sent me a new router which did not help so if they do send you a new router dont get your hopes up guys
@nabster4398 lucky urs start at about 5.15 to 11.30 mine constants get mostly kb instead of meg,an i mine like 375kb not even half a meg.im thinking i need to steel a sky van tonight sellit get my money back,that or fuck up 1 them u see standing on the street with a sky van trying to steel more money,but i wont to small for jail n my ass hold shal stay the way itis.
