@MoeAwesome: Yep, the mini pineapples are indicating to the pineapple maracas. (which you can't really see.) Also to the fact that every character in the skit has close ties with Mukuro.(therefore I thought i'd be clever and call them 'mini pineapples) Pineapple for Mukruo's choice haircut.
