I would love to know how she's feeling now! I'm 17 years old with sever scoliosis and my surgeon is recommending me to have surgery, but my chiropractor is advising me otherwise. If anyone reading this comment has had experience with this, let me know! Because honestly... I'm scared out of my brains at the thought of a surgery like that on my spine!

Most people I have been able to chat with about the surgery are all quite a bit younger than me so it's great to see you making such a great recovery post-surgery (as this has been worrying me a great deal when I factor in my age!) Can I ask how you are going now (as in pain and mobility) and was this a standard 'titanium rod' procedure?...Would be great to hear from you! Cheers! Ali

I had surgery in December 2010.(around 4 months ago?) and i'm currently 15 turning 16. I wore a brace before too!
