This is the last two minutes of a 8 minute song called "The Dawning" by Ronan Hardiman. It actually could very well be an obscure Flogging Molly cover, the difference between the two is the celtic dance tapping which heats up mid-song (this is not on the original song). This may be why people confuse this version with what would otherwise yes, be an exact cover of Ronan's end two 1/2 minutes of "The Dawning." It is a cover regardless of who did it....

At the time of these uploads I had about 200 vids goin in the course of a few days so a few of the titles had got mixed up or I was just too busy and didn't pay attention to what I was doin. I had known for awhile that this is not Flogging Molly, my mistake for now listening to the audio before I uploaded it on movie maker (Yea, I know but I am cheap). As soon as I find out who actually did this track I will make changes to the title. Thanks for your input :)

My thing is that, yes Flogging Molly is an amazing band and I dont believe there is anything stopping them from writing a song like this, but it lacks that FM energy, spirit... whatever you wanna call it. I do not believe this to be even an "obscure cover" 'cus, really, why? It's not like there was a Ronan Hariman tribute album that has FM, Young Dubliners, Mighty Mighty Bosstons and Dropkick Murphys on it, ya' know? lol
