ya but you can use that and your soul foot to grind ( the outer side of the boot)

Im new 2 inline skating... that groove that separtes the 2 inner wheels is what you grind on right?

The groove between the inner wheels is an Hplate and its for support. The soul plate is part of the boot itself which is on the bottom (above the wheels and frame) and is what you use to grind.

H-BLOCK not H-PLATE and you do use it to grind like with a soul, or mizou, or acid, or royale, or a farv.
