It's a tightrope to walk doing that job, you have to be interesting enough to hold people's attention but bland enough so as to not put to many people off and avoid them getting irritated by you.

Well, television, after the writer's strike, the rise of computer based viewing such as this wonderful YouTube here, will nail what will likely be the final nail in it's own coffin by scrambling "broadcast" signals to go all digital. That cuts the throat of cable and overair broadcasting. Satellite will be it, and with gas & food prices rising, people are going to pay for food and fuel over various television services and watch whatever they can on their computer, as long as they can afford that
