Boss issens are not from the vest. That's why you see the characters stand and wait for the boss to attack. The vest still takes health if you issen yourself.

Well cuz he's using the black ako vest, it makes all hits critical, and I don't think using that is cheating because he got it fair and square.

true, you are right about the black ako vest, but you can not forget that the black ako vest doesnt work on boss, I used it before and black ako vest really is useless in front of the bosses. Yet he could kill the boss within a couple seconds.

He uses onimusha form.... And spams the special attack with a bunch of awesome combos.

well, plz be noticed that every boss can be given a "natual critical attack" in certain period of time(during their attacks). I guess u should try to do in this way to prove it :D

and it can be done consecutively the technique is called "連鎖一閃"
