Funny question ! ... Our ferret's are up and about on and off all days... most ferret's will sleep at will, when they get tired. If you have more than one, they seem to go off and sleep together, at the same time and, wake up, roughly together too, maybe a couple of hours later. Ferret's have a VERY active 'On and Off' life, they sleep very intermittently but, when awake are VERY active, this is why they sleep how they do.
@TheCuddlesProduction Oh Yes,t hey can climb that fence and, pretty quickly too so .... That's why the run has a netting TOP to it. I just lifted it to make the film :-)

A 12 foot tube would cost £8 to ship to Cali and a 25 foot one (when we can get them) would be £10

There is a Plastic sheet bottom to the run
it's like that stuff that is used for car ports
so, there is no way they can dig out.
