Maybe not to 0-60 because torque at low rpms cause it to spin out ,but doing a quarter mile or a mile, z06 close gaps and surpass it all the time.. and lets not talk about putting slicks or stick tires on that beast.

The Z06 destroyed the lp560? Are we all watching the same video? First race goes to the lp560 hands down, second race almost dead even. The Z06 should have more power than the 560 considering its mods, therefor it no longer has 505 HP. Performance wise they're pretty close, but still in 2 completely different categories. There's sooo much more than the price difference between these cars. That Z06 will never have the same appeal, sound, revs, looks, and overall experience as the lambo, EVER!!!

9 times out of 10 the car with the best power to weight ratio will be out front in the end (if the straight stretch doesnt run out) which is why the vette trumps the lambo in the long distance run. Vette can't touch awd Lambo on acceleration, period.

K&N air filters really don't improve performance that much on corvettes because the vette already has a large cold air intake. besides, the truth is that over time the K&N air filter will start to degrade a cars performance. I would only use a K&N filter If I'm going to race for money or if my car had less than 200Hp .
