  • Their Golden Anniversary CD (released in late 2010) celebrates the half century since the release of their debut album, and they sound as great as ever in it, despite the fact that only bassist Bob Flick remains from the original lineup.

  • I grew up listening to the Brothers Four's BMOC album. Now I have all of their albums, CDs, and a few Japan only releases. This is one of my favorites that they do. Nobody cannot love this song. It's great here, but the studio version I've played dozens of times in a row because it's so short.

  • I *love* this song, it's so addictive.

  • Monstrous Performance!! I grew up with Odetta's version, which was wonderful, but I think this is the quintessential rendition.

  • I've heard this by the Belafonte Folk Singers and the Modern Folk Quartet, but no one could do it like the B4s. As with every song they did, they gave it everything they had.

  • Thank you for posting! Wonderful performance by the Brothers Four that I have been looking for quite some time.

  • Get it while you can; it was on before and was removed for some kind of copyright violation, which could happen again. I grew up listening to Odetta's version, but I think this is the best one.

  • Thank you, yes, I had it on my favorite's and then it was gone. I agree, I like this version the best of any that I have heard!
