@TheTurdGuy As per the developers themselves, this game will be on consoles as well as the PC. Since no specific console is mentioned, it will presumably be available on both Xbox and PS3. The devs even go on to say that, depending on when Microsoft and Sony have their next-gen systems available, it's possible that the game will see a release on those systems, IF the devs have the funds available and if those new consoles are released relatively soon.
Can anyone tell me why a well known studio like Slightly Mad, with a huge budget, could not fix that FUCKING oversteer problem that bothers everyone? It spoils all that great work with the visuals. Nobody wants a game only to look at how pretty it is. If I wanted to just look at something realistic, I'd take a look out of my window.
I like how it goes from C.A.R.S. to bumper C.A.R.S. ;) I also am assuming that most of that was the 360 controller? Sounded like a lot of squealing tires. I'll have to get this and show you my Gran Turismo skills! lol
@tewildrick Yeah, I was using the 360 gamepad. My Logitech MOMO wheel is malfunctioning (as good as dead, really), and I'm not quite ready to fork out the money for a G27. At the moment, I'm having the most racing fun with the DiRT games.
@kidcodea The physics feel about the same as the NFS SHIFT games (I own and have played both). So, the game is certainly less realistic than other "hardcore" racing games. Keep an eye out for rFactor 2 this year, and (hopefully) GTR 3. Or give iRacing a shot--the MMO of motorsports. :
@FatmanDaz Sorry, I would have sworn I replied to this earlier, but I don't see the reply. Anyhow, this was strictly against AI. Even the most recent build has yet to implement multi-player. I am running a GTX 580.
@xCoolJackx1991 It does indeed support both wired and wireless Xbox 360 controllers. You can completely customize the button/stick layouts for it, or you can use the two presets; I use the "Analog" preset, which uses the Right stick for throttle/brake (as opposed to the triggers). I need to update the video description to mention this,
4:08 lol...

Fatal, were you racing against AI or was this mulitplayer?
The video looks very good for a pre-alpha, what gfx card was this with?
Cheers, Watchy

Looks ridiculously good for being an Alpha (I'm assuming). Do you know if this game supports a wired Xbox 360 controller?
