i cant do a sit down wheelie or manual for some reason. and if i do manual its for a short distance and isnt intentional, its like i stop pedaling while in wheelie and then manual for a quick second to bring my front tire down. but im not manualing intentionally

what gear did you do it in? i do it with the 2nd chain ring in the front and 4th in the back but eventually i run out of energy or i fall off the back

i've got only one chain ring in the front. don't know with one i used in the back, but i think about de 6th or 7th.

The main trick of duing so "long" wheelies is to balance on your rear wheel, without pedaling and without using your brakes, so you can accumulate energy.

o ok ive been using the gearing of the bike to maintain the wheelie but when it starts going downhill i can pedal fast enough. ill try learning how to balance

Use your back break and rely on that to keep you at the balance point...that way you can go back far enough that you won't have to keep pedaling to keep the front end up.
