I think the 4% fixed 30 year mortgages is the ticket. I would suggest cutting this to 2% and allowing people to use this rate for the next 2 years to increase demand for houses. Can you just set this as a seperate bill? This seems like such an obvious fix and would imediately get us out of the bind we are in now
