Hi, can anyone help. I have my surround sound DVD player with a component output & this projector (acer x110) which has the vga input. I have brought a component to vga cable and plugged it in but it isn't working. How has everyone else got it hooked up to there dvd players? I've been trying to find the right cable.
So i was thinking in getting a ACER X110 3D but i have 2 questions to ask so can you show some respect and answer them lol. Anyway the first question is 1. can you have a Playstation 3/360 working on this and the secound is can i run my laptop on this using vga to hdmi? thhanks in advance!
Hey man, I'm considering getting this projector but I have a few questions that I hope you could answer for me.
First of all, what kind of connections are on it to plug my xbox into it. It's one of the older 360's without a HDMI. Is there a scart?
Also, what do you need to connect it to speakers? Is it just a headphone type connection. I have a stereo which i could hook up and ipod speakers with a headphone connection.

Just a small question here.
The X110 on the Acer website doesnt say that it is a 3d ready projector!! what gives are we missing something here?

@Chewabacca the Acer x110 3d got only 3 inputs 1x d-sub 1x s-video 1x composite
it doesn't' support audio. you can do 2 ways if you willing to play your game videos
1. get converter s-video to rca/hdmi
2.plug the video the yellow wire to the input(composite) and the other wires to the speaker or any thing that can out put the sound
that is what i know so far
