When I got up to the EGG facility I left it for a few months then when I came back I had the serious intent to finish it.

@NeroDeamon Its different, and there are many versions.Its like different theme for each series.Just follow the title and the numbers.Think of it like Tom Clancy's games.The only similar thing about them are the recurring monsters like Jackfrost.

I miss Heat. He was my main go-to guy for more or less everything in DDS1. Power Charge + some target-all physical tech (Ragnarok as soon as i got it, since it's Almighty so it can't be Phys Reflected) for dealing with random battles, Last Meal+Iron Stomach+Atma Boost+AP Divide for grinding everyone's Mantras.

This game had one of the most interesting, unique, and somewhat original concept in the history of any artistic medium. Although in my opinion they could have done so much more with the concept but I don't care.  In this world of blandness and halo clones, this game was a refeshing reminder that creativity is still alive. With the advent of the hadron collider we might even experience our own digital devils. Stories about the transcendental especially hinduism are extremely interesting.

In terms of the annoying social link system and constant moving of the game if you leave a dungeon or going to an area which only leads you back to your room and the next event??? I hope not! I hated that about Persona3 and 4, well mostly 4 ... You know, I find with SMT games there are things I love about them and then things that annoy the shit out of me! Anyone reply please thank you!

so, how's this Shin Megami Tensei game? is it like any other Shin Megami Tensei game?: you have a demon and you can level up that demon, and when your character fuse with that demon on your character, you will get stronger? and you can fuse 2 demons into 1 demon like in persona?

@project0omegaThe "Persona" Series [1 and 2 for the PSX and 3 and 4 for the PS2] , The "Raidou Kuzunoha" Series, and thats it for the PS2, you could try Devil Survivor or Strange Journey if you have a DS, theyre both excellent games. If you like classics, you could try the original "Megami Tensei" for the Famicom and Super Famicom,, and, if you like MMORPGs, theres "Shin Megami Tensei IMAGINE" for the PC, i never tried it since my pc is too old for it, but it looks cool.

@beattroll003 Part 2 is really great but whether you deem it better or not depends on your preferences. I think part 2 is a lil easier than part 1 and it has more attacks and the karma ring system adds some strategy aswell but I myself prefered the locations in part 1 more, part 2 plays in the real world so you have just normal buildings. I however recommend both and if ya liked part 1, you might enjoy part 2 aswell. ^^

Persona 3 is better and easier to get into, at least to me it was. Though if possible, I'd recommend both, since both are amazing games, must-buys for everyone who's into these kind of games.

But, you should probably get Digital Devil Saga 1 first to know the full story.

As for Lucifer's Call, I am still looking for it, so I have no idea 'bout that.

Difficulty is not an issue, its actually a plus for me hah!

But hey, I never ended up getting around to buying any of those games I mentioned. There were some difficulties with the ebay account I was going to use, and I just said fuck it, too much hassle. I will get em sometime though. And DDS will be my first choice. I also plan on going back to Lucifers Call.
