To start, I would say look at the camera. In this case its actually your audience so your making a bit more of a connection to them. My Second tip is to slow down a bit and add more power to your monologue. I can see your angry and a bit upset but add more vulnerability to your character and less agression. Yes tom is angry and upset but he's stating why this is bothering him so much. Its not just soley a move of anger but also one of hurt.
