Actually, the person you just described wouldn't see a tax increase under the Obama plan. Even if that person made over $250k / year (pretty well off), only his marginal tax rate would increase. He wouldn't lose "the remaining earnings." The redistributive effect would be less than Reagan's tax plan, and no self-respecting republican would call Reagan a communist.

Cindy answers, then John then starts talking about how he brought up his kids. 6:30 - How would John engage young people about technology? John referenced his kids "aged 17 to 23, and older ones as well." No personal questions. I just thought that was an odd way to refer to your own kids.

Actually, the person you just described wouldn't see a tax increase under the Obama plan. Even if that person made over $250k / year (pretty well off), only his marginal tax rate would increase. He wouldn't lose "the remaining earnings." The redistributive effect would be less than Reagan's tax plan, and no self-respecting republican would call Reagan a communist.
